Throughout the 1960s and 70s it was commonplace to award long serving employees with solid gold watches. This particular example was awarded to a Mr A F Stokes by Hotpoint in 1979 for 25 years of service. The watch was made by Garrard & Co (the Crown jewellers at the time) based in Regent St, London, but is powered by a Garrard branded version of the highly regarded ETA 2824 Swiss made movement. The watch is in impeccable condition and has barely seen a days use in its life. We have had the watch fully serviced so it is all ready to go!
We challenge you to find one better!
